As a human, we just love chasing things, even though things don't essentially matter. I am also human, so yes, I chased so many things, which used to give me the thrill.
In the initial days, I wanted to become a MARCOS. That was my real dream. Unfortunately, I was not even able to cross the bars of the Indian Navy. Then I thought if I could become a scientist, I could easily join the DRDO and support the Indian Army, which I again failed.
After failing at all these, not sure how, I became a software engineer. The funny thing is, after becoming a software engineer, I got the position of Business Analyst. By the way, that was the coolest position. I learnt the greatest stuff from those people.
One day, I was sitting on the stairs of my flat in Mumbai. I was in the Mumbai Office, Airoli - Capgemini. I was thinking that I really lost the real me in the chaos of finding the things which I never wanted to be.
It was not like I was not enjoying it, but yeah, I stopped chirping from that time itself. I was trying to be like an eagle, which I never was.
So I wrote:
"In the endeavour of flying high like an eagle, I forgot to chirp like a sparrow."
