Documentation of House - NOC and Map Approval - Part - 3

I know many people will say this should be the first step, but the circumstances worked in this way only. This was the most complex part of any of the phases because in this govt bodies are getting involved, they are so slow and not sure how they work, there is no clarity of being worked.

For NOC itself, It took almost 3 years, now I have uploaded the documents for map approval, The actual estimate for the approval was 1 Month, but now its 3 month there is no update on that. [EDITED] — 06-Oct-2025 Got the Map Approval.

If you talk about the financials, there are the amounts that are being paid for NOC and Map approval.

This is the most frustrating experience, one of the good things which happened in whole process. but the good thing which happened like reduction of GST in the material prices, hopefully now I will get the little cheaper prices.
