Building a house is not just about having good architecture, materials, maps, or labourers. There are many things we need to consider, like the road size, water supply, and many more things which are not provided or built by us. Water supply and street-building processes were done by the municipal corporation.
In India, it is seriously a time-consuming process. In the initial days, the street near my house was not so good, with no water supply or drain/gutter to maintain the wastewater.
Actually, at that time, this society was being developed. It was coming under the municipal corporation. Not sure why they took that much time.
Now, the awesome thing is that the street has been built in the last few years. It is looking so beautiful and awesome. The lights are connected, it is connected with the main road too, and we also have the best connectivity with the bus stand.
So, the rental prices also increased in this place. We can easily go to the market or Chandigarh. So, honestly, I was lucky that I got this place, and the house is looking awesome.

I hope this will inspire you to build your house too. If you got the responsibility at an early stage, don't stress much. Take small steps at a time. Things really change with time. Just plan the stuff, do the hard work, and that's it. Strategically observe the results and tweak as per the good results.
That's how we can get success, and we can write the future too. But don't forget, luck has its own role to play. So, don't get disappointed or too happy if any surprises come. Stay neutral and keep moving.
